HTC invests $300 million in Beats technology, becomes majority stakeholder

THE NEW HTC is definitely no Apple, particularly when thinking about secrecy. The organization announced on Thurs that it was going to integrate Beats technologies (by Dr . Dre), but despite the fact it was a "major" announcement, it was currently well-known.

Sounds already has a deal with HP to get Hewlett-Packard's mobile devices in addition to its computers. The $300 mil deal gives HTC a majority stake in Sounds. Expense influence Beats' pre-existing agreement with HEWLETT PACKARD.

Sounds Chief Jimmy Iovine (also CEO of Interscope Geffen A&M Records, a minority stakeholder in Beats) said, The HTC and Beats by Dr . Dre partnership is an opportunity for two world-class companies to redefine the smart phone business and define the future. For Sounds by Dr . Dre, this represents a critical step in our continued studio beats by dr dre objective to clean up the destruction of sound caused by the digital revolution; and re-engineer how sound is actually delivered monster beats earphones so that the consumer seems the music the way that the designer designed.

It's not going to pull people far from iDevices and iTunes by itself, as that is a full ecosystem. Apple has "won" that marketplace, in line with the superb integration between its iDevices and iTunes, defeating also such rivals as WalMart.

However, THE NEW HTC CEO Peter Chou said, With the magic of mobile devices, it is easier than ever to find out and buy new music. However , without great tone it is a shame. With the new move, we need to ask in Monster Beats Pro case HTC will change their slogan through "Quietly, brilliant" to "Loudly, excellent. "

In addition , also iDevices need nice headsets. Beats also makes its "Beats by Dr . Dre" line of headphones with Monster, so HTC will take a chunk of any of those product sales to iDevice proprietors, as well.

In the meantime, it's been the contention for sometime that Google really should invest in a solution like doubleTwist for its iTunes solution on the as well as on desktops, to integrate with its Google marketplace. We've beats by dr dre pro seen some devices ship with doubleTwist pre-installed, but only a limited quantity of handsets.
